Information you choose to share
This website does not currently collect information through an online form. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, you may choose to share your name, phone number, live location, vehicle details and photos of the tyre or battery problem so that we can respond.
How information is used
Information you send is used to understand the service request, confirm coverage and availability, provide an estimated arrival or quotation, and deliver the agreed tyre, battery or roadside assistance service.
Google Tag Manager and consent
Google Tag Manager is installed to manage website measurement tags. Google Consent Mode starts analytics and advertising storage as denied. If you select Accept, your browser sends a consent update that allows configured measurement tags to use the approved storage. Selecting Reject optional keeps that storage denied. Essential local storage remembers your choice.
Website measurement
When measurement is allowed, configured Google services may process technical information such as page visits, device or browser information, referral source and interactions with the website. The exact data depends on the tags published in the Google Tag Manager container.
Third party services
Google Tag Manager, WhatsApp and Google Maps are third party services. Their use is governed by the privacy policies and settings of their providers.
Data retention and your choices
Service enquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, meet record-keeping duties or resolve a dispute. Use Manage cookies in the footer to change your website measurement choice.
